  Incredible Awnings has once again lived up to its name. Last week, John and his team were here for us the day after I called them to fix an old rotor on our side awning, which they did in five minutes with a new part. In an age where poor customer service seems to be the order of the day, it is nice to know there are still businesses like Incredible Awnings that have an old-fashioned work ethic.  We have worked with this Incredible Awning for over 10 years and highly, highly recommend John and his crew to anyone interested in quality products and superior customer service.   We have been using The Incredible Awning Co. for almost 20 years now. We have a large deck at the rear of our house. We needed a large quality awning. After checking on several companies The Incredible Awning Co. was the most responsive and knowledgeable company. A representative came and measured, explained, suggested and placed the order for us. A few weeks later a crew of four came and installed the awning. It was, and still is, beautiful. John, the owner, has an amazing crew do the late Fall take down and winter storage. In the early Spring they come back and do the set-up again. The annual cost is very reasonable. As time goes on they can do perfect repairs and power washing all at a reasonable price.   Having checked Google reviews in our search for new awnings, we followed the recommendations for John Sheppard of INCREDIBLE AWNING COMPANY – and we are glad we did!!  He responded to our inquiry immediately and came to our home ASAP to give us an estimate.  He came prepared with a hefty book of fabric samples.  He explained everything and answered all our questions.  He gave us an exact quote on the spot.  He came across as straightforward, trustworthy, and easy to work with, such that we cancelled our 2nd estimate appointment and signed on with him right away.  He completed the fabrication of the awnings and installed them on schedule.  Boy! Do we love our fantastic-looking new awnings!!!  They hang beautifully and look great!!  They are a wonderful asset to the appearance of our house and our enjoyment of our porch.  We will definitely return to John Sheppard of INCREDIBLE AWNING CO. in the future!!

  We had our awnings installed by John and Tim from Incredible Awnings and they look spectacular! John helped us decide on the design and color. We chose the sturdy metal frame for the window and side door and went with the remote control retractable type for our back deck. They arrived right on-time and had the installs done in a very short time! If you are in the market for awnings, we highly recommend Incredibly Awnings. Our home looks beautiful with the pop of color and clean classic design. This company showed up and delivered exactly what we wanted and when we wanted! Excellent customer service!

  We were really happy with our experience with Incredible Awning Co.  They came and measured and listened to our concerns. The same person who measured put it up so they understood the process. The previous frame that was already up was used and custom measured, that was huge help. They stayed on schedule which was very convenient for us. Thank you John with Incredible Awning Co!

  John (the owner) is very nice and easy to work with. He came over to my home and we told him what we were looking for and he gave suggestions and talked to us about what would work. Many of the colors and patterns are available on the website and I saw the one I liked there so I already had an idea of which one I wanted. The turnover time from when we ordered to when it was ready was only a few weeks. When they came to put the awning up on my back deck, they were on time, and worked very quickly to get it up and also showed us how to put it up and down. If you are looking to get awnings, this is definitely the place to go. The price was fair and the material is high quality and will last a long time.
